I came across an article that was shared on Facebook that caught my eye. Being a mom, I’m always trying to make sure my kids eat healthy and stay away from foods that have harmful chemicals in them. That doesn’t always mean we eat organic, because that can get expensive. There are certain things I’m picky about. I watch all of our salt intake the most.
